On-site Policy

Often you may try to reach us and we are on another customer's site. Please leave a message and be patient, as it is not fair to the customer who is paying us by the hour to be answering our cell phones on their nickel. We will respond to your message as soon as time permits. We try to be fair to all of our customers, but realize emergencies do arise. Please leave a message and we will return your call or dispatch a tech as soon as possible. Also keep in mind, our contract customers always receive priority service.
