How do I view my web-stats?
Log-in to your control panel like above, and
then click the Reports icon, followed by the
Web Stats icon. Be sure to disable
your pop-up blocker, or the window showing
the stats will not open. |

The Remote Desktop icon has disappeared from
my desktop, how do I get it back?
By default, it is located in
the Start > Programs > Accessories >
Communications menu. You can copy and
paste the shortcut from there. |
